First post of the year 🎉 Do you know sparkling saké ? A great trend to add a twist to New Year's celebrations (cocktail recipe at the end of my article 😉). In Paris, Wakaze, a French-Japanese Sakagura, produces very original sakés, including one with blackcurrant and one with sparkling yuzu. To taste urgently! The most beautiful treats are definitely for 2024.

• 1/4 oz Lemon juice
• 3/4 oz Elderflower liquor
• 2 oz Saké
• 1/2 oz Tequila
